EN – As fifth host at Ludoteca, Renata De Bonis presents a sculpture belonging to her previous production representing a kind of research that the artist has been carrying out for several years, in which she retrieves an element that nature has somehow rejected, as a useful remnant for the humus of the earth's crust, to create a bronze copy of it which can generate a sense of estrangement in the observer once exhibited one next to the other, aimed to identify the details and the differences between the original and the replica which, due to a choice of materials, becomes more precious than the original element going forward the principle of the uniqueness of the matrix and underlining the importance of the appearance.
IT – Renata De Bonis in occasione della sua partecipazione a Ludoteca come quinto ospite, presenta una scultura appartenente alla sua produzione precedente che rappresenta una parte di ricerca che l'artista porta avanti da diversi anni, in cui recupera elementi che la natura ha in qualche modo rigettato come residuo utile a generare l'humus della crosta terrestre, e ne realizza una copia in bronzo. Nel porli l'uno accanto all'altro, l'intento dell'artista è di indurre un senso di straniamento nell'osservatore, indirizzato a concentrarsi sui dettagli e sulle differenze tra l'originale e la copia che, per una scelta di materiali, risulta diventare più preziosa dell'oggetto originale, travalicando il principio dell'unicità della matrice e dell'importanza dell'apparenza.
